E-CHUG:

The e-CHUG is a brief assessment tool that takes 10-15 minutes to complete, is self-guided, requires no face-to-face contact with a counselor, and is completely anonymous. Students can use it to evaluate their alcohol use and track it over time. Click on the picture below to take the survey:

E-TOKE:

The e-TOKE is a similar tool to e-CHUG that is used to evaluate marijuana use. It takes 10-15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. Click HERE

TWENTY QUESTIONS:

This popular yes/no questionnaire used to determine alcoholism is attributed to Johns Hopkins University Hospital and is widely distributed by Alcoholics Anonymous.

BAE:

The BAE is an interactive, educational program that is available in Spanish and English. By entering your sex, weight, number and type of drinks consumed, you can quickly learn about how alcohol affects your individual blood alcohol concentration. The BAE program tells users the BAC limit for driving in their State.
